Complaints and Compliments
We do all we can to provide good quality health services, but sometimes things don’t go as they should.
We welcome people telling us about how we can improve, or make a complaint about the service they have received from St Mark’s Medical Centre / Nightingale Surgery
We are also very pleased to receive positive feedback and compliments about our work or the quality of health services you have received as a patient.
There are a number of ways you can contact us
- Ask to speak to one of the Practice Managers
- Write to us and hand in your letter, post or put in the suggestion box ( Red Box Post box)
- Email us on greccg.stmarks-patientgroup@nhs.net
- Complete the Feedback and Complaints triage online
See a copy of our complaints leaflet below which will give you further information. See also accompanying forms.
From 1 April 2017 POhWER is the new provider of Advocacy for people who want to make a complaint about NHS treatment or care. This statutory service will replace the NHS Complaints Advocacy service previously provided by VoiceAbility to the residents of the 20 London Boroughs listed at the end of this email. Download the leaflet below which explains the service.
